Billing and Payments

Please be advised that all first time orders for new customers paying by credit card will be process ONLY when the following have been provided:

1. We will confirm your Order by phone Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern time.
2. The front and back of your credit card being used faxed to our office at 519-512-9949.

We require the above procedure be followed to ensure the privacy and security of our clients.

If you wish to pay your 1st Order via PayPal you will not be required to provide the above as PayPal has measures in place to provide protection to the customer to reduce credit card fraud.
